Product Return Procedures

– Fill out the form below and we will email you a return shipping label. Check your spam folder if you do not see it in a day or two…
– You may return the items up to 30 days from the purchase date. All returns must be authorized in advance.
– For Warranty and exchanges when purchased through SoftStartRV directly, and outside of our 30-day return window, contact our tech support team to verify the product qualifies for an exchange or refund.
– If you purchased through one of our Resellers, Distributors or Dealers please use their return procedures.
– For Warranty or exchanges, for the SoftStartRV product we may exchange your unit for a new one.
– For Renogy products, visit their website as their product warranties have different lengths of time. Go to: https://www.renogy.com/shipping_warranty_return

NOTE: We will not issue a refund until the product is returned to us. Kindly allow 10 to 20 days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. As described prior to you purchased the Solar Kit, a return shipping cost of $250 will be deducted from your refund of the entire kit. Thanks for your understanding.
